about our founder Genevieve Trousdale and Circaphiles
Leveraging 20 years of experience and successful collaborations with prestigious industry-leading designers including Michael Berman and Timothy Corrigan – Genevieve has coordinated residential projects up to 50,000 square feet from conception, through execution to installation. While cultivating strong relationships and connections internationally, she has, and continues to, carefully curate an impressive list of notable, trusted vendors and collaborators.
As a published designer, who has navigated all aspects of the ID world, Genevieve understands that the path from student to successful business owner is no walk in the park. Recognizing her challenges and successes have equally contributed to who she is as a savvy ID pro today prompted her desire to make it easier for those wishing to grow and rise in the industry. And her dream of creating a collaborative, encouraging design community is now a reality with Circaphiles. “If we rely on one another, we can lift up the industry’s reputation as a whole,” says Genevieve.

The Circaphiles Key Holder Membership is open to anyone who is looking to become an interior designer (including students or anyone in another career, trying to make the leap) or anyone who is currently an interior designer or working for an interior design firm. You are a perfect fit for this community if you desire to level up and expand your business and participate in a reciprocal relationship with our members.
A Single Key Holder Membership may be purchased starting at $750 annually. A design firm with staff can purchase multiple “keys” so that multiple people under a corporate account can be logged in at the same time. Students with proof of current transcript from a design -accredited school program may join for a discounted rate.
The Circaphiles Key Suite Membership is by invitation only, which is sent directly from Circaphiles Founder, Genevieve Trousdale. You are a perfect fit for this level if you are an interior designer with at least 5 years of experience in your own company, multiple professionally photographed full client projects, and at least 1 shelter magazine publication of a client project. You are designing custom pieces for projects and have a desire to participate in a reciprocal relationship with our members.
The annual membership fee for a Key Suite membership is $1,450. You receive access to our vendor directory + all benefits of the Key Holder membership .
Your Key Holder Membership includes:

Our events include all levels of membership. Key Holders are invited to attend Zoom “Key Calls” with our founder Genevieve Trousdale and expert speakers across many topics. Vendor workshops and Key Collectives are hosted in-person, in the Los Angeles area. Recordings of calls and workshops can be accessed in your dashboard for members.
