Circaphiles helps keep your business top-of-mind with members who may have already been long-standing clients, and presents the opportunity to be introduced to potential new leads. The Circaphiles Vendor Directory will enable members to source and connect with your business quickly. And, our word-of-mouth recommendations and reviews from fellow designers could give you an advantage. Sponsorship opportunities may also be available to directly engage with our members.

YES! Your listing will always be free. The cost and operation of Circaphiles is subsidized by designers who pay for annual subscription fee, concierge shopping services, vendor sponsorships (of webinars, events, newsletters and educational materials) and masterclasses.

You may be eligible to engage with members/designers directly through sponsorships for an additional fee. Email club@circapahiles.com to inquire about sponsorship opportunities and rates.

Your listing will display certain information that you provide on your Vendor Agreement Form. This can include: your company name, description, website, things your company is known for, location(s), style and price range. Certain parts of the listing may be subject to our approval, quality control, and revisions.

Circaphiles.com members may rate vendors based upon their experience within the past 12 months. Circaphiles members can submit ratings that are either anonymous or identifiable by member name. We will provide guidelines, and will advise members to keep ratings constructive. For example, “Please limit your review to an overall company review—not specific employee(s).” Members will be asked to provide:

1. A brief description of the project.
2. A brief summary elaborating on the project and experience.
3. 1-5 (1= poor to 5=outstanding) star ratings for: 

• Product or service quality
• Customer service
• Ability to meet deadlines

Submitted ratings will be reviewed by our team to ensure content is constructive and productive. Circaphiles reserves the right to deny or remove a review, including without limitation if it is malicious or not constructive.

At any time, members can choose to have your listing from the Circaphiles Vendor Directory removed. If your company is receiving consistently low ratings, or we otherwise find it appropriate to do so, we reserve the right to remove your listing from our directory.

Upon your request, Circaphiles will provide a screen shot of your listing. Once per year, and at your request, Circaphiles will modify your listing to ensure it accurately describes new or modified products or services you offer. There may be a small administrative fee to change your listing.

No. Your company will be listed as a preferred, to-the-trade vendor. When a member sees your listing on circaphiles.com, they can click a link that leads to your company website to view products. Circaphiles is not involved in the communication, quoting, sale or delivery/installation process.  And we do not take commissions on sales.

No, we are not a selling platform. Your listing includes your website link so they will be directed there to pursue purchasing on your site or contact your respective showroom.
